パピエポとは：
マンガの断面って地層みたいでキレイですね。
捨てられたマンガ雑誌を、そのまま活かして植物を植えてみたいと思いました。
パピエポ（papierpot）は、
フランス語の紙（papier)と器（pot）を組み合わせ文字どおり紙でできた植木鉢です。

植物から加工された紙をつかって植物を愛でる。
植物を育てるのと同じように鉢も変化し、やがて朽ちてゆく。そして自然に帰るものに。
時が経つにつれ紙のゆらぎが現れ、様々な表情を楽しめます。
鉢のエイジングをお楽しみいただければと思います。
パピエポは積載された紙を切り抜き、ほぼ紐で成形しているので、環境に優しいつくりになっています。

水やりは、紙が吸収して蒸発するので普通に出来ますが、やりすぎにはご注意を。
サボテンや多肉植物といった水やりの頻度が少ない植物をお勧めします。

使用上の注意点
◎水やり
紙がある程度吸収するため、水やりはそのまま出来ますが、頻繁に水やりが必要な植物には向きません。水を多くやる場合、鉢の下部から滲み出てきます。お皿をひくか、漏れて良い場所で水をあげてください。場所によっては下部にカビがはえる場合もありますので、風通しの良い場所での管理が理想です。
◎耐久性
サボテンや多肉植物といった水やりの頻度が少ない植物をお勧めします。室内で、風通しの良い場所での管理が理想です。 5年間の耐用テストを行い、使用に問題がないことを確認しておりますが、陶器やプラスチックの鉢に対して耐久性は明らかに劣りますので、 パピエポの考えをご理解いただいた上、ご購入ください。

what is Papierpot:
The cross-section of manga magazine looks beautiful, like a geological layer.
We wanted to recycle used magazines as a flower pot. As the name suggests, combining the French words "papier" (paper) and "pot", Papierpot is a flower pot made of paper.
Appreciating ornamental plants with a pot made of paper as also the origin of plants.
The pot will evolve like living plants, eventually ending and returning to nature.
As time passes, the paper will warp and have various expressions.
Enjoy the aging of the pot!
Papierpot is a eco-friendly product; made of recycled paper and tied together with string and glue.
You can normally water your plant, as the papers absorb and evaporate the water, but be careful not to overdo it!
We recommend plants with few watering, such as cacti and succulents.

Precautions:
◎Watering
Since the paper absorbs a certain amount of water, you can water the plants as usual. However, it is not suitable for plants that require frequent watering. If you water a lot, it will seep out from the bottom of the pot. Please place a dish under the pot or water it where leakage is acceptable. It is ideal in a well-ventilated area, as mold may grow in the lower part.
◎Durability
We recommend plants such as cacti and succulents. It is ideal to manage them indoors in a well-ventilated area. We have conducted a 5 year durability test and confirmed that there are no problems with use. However, the durability of the Papierpot is inferior to that of ceramic or plastic pots, so please understand Papierpot concept before purchasing.
